CloudTechTrainings (“we”, “us”) provides live online and self-paced cloud certification training under cloudtechtrainings.com. This page explains what data we collect and why, the terms for using this website and our courses, and our refund policy. Privacy Policy
What we collect, and why
- Contact form — name, email, phone (optional), course of interest, and your message. Verified with Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, then emailed to our team so we can reply.
- Free practice exams — name, email, and phone, plus your score and which exam you took. Used to save your result and to message you once on WhatsApp about upcoming batches — nothing more.
- Student accounts — name, email, a securely hashed password (never stored in plain text), and enrolled courses, so you can log in and track your progress.
- Login & security logs — IP address, approximate city/country, browser/device info, and whether a login succeeded. Kept for 14 days to detect abuse, then deleted.
- Site analytics — pages visited and approximate location, tied to a per-tab session identifier rather than your identity, kept for up to 90 days. We also use Google Analytics for aggregate traffic trends.
- Exam scores (enrolled students) — your practice exam attempts and scores, tied to your account, so you can track improvement over time.
Third parties we use
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site: Microsoft Azure (hosting and data storage), Google Analytics (traffic analytics), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on the contact form), ip-api.com (approximate IP geolocation for the security logs above), Vimeo (course preview videos), and WhatsApp (for messages you choose to send us). Each handles the limited data we share with them under their own privacy practices.
How long we keep your data
Security logs are purged after 14 days and site-analytics records after 90 days. Lead and exam-attempt records (from the contact form and free practice exams) are kept for our records so we can follow up and so you can see your own history; student accounts and their data are kept while the account is active. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — email [email protected] and we’ll action it.
Security
Passwords are hashed (never stored as plain text), site traffic is encrypted end-to-end (HTTPS/HSTS), and sensitive endpoints such as login are rate-limited to slow down automated abuse. No online system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.
Children
Our courses are intended for adults pursuing professional cloud certifications. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Terms of Use
- Course content — live sessions, recordings, and materials — is for your personal learning use only. Please don’t redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid course content.
- Free practice exams and mock scores are study aids. A good score does not guarantee passing the official certification exam, and a low score does not reflect your full potential — they’re here to help you identify gaps.
- Don’t share your student login with others. Accounts found to be shared or misused may be suspended.
- This site and its content are provided “as is”. We work to keep information (batch dates, pricing, curriculum) accurate and current, but details may change — always confirm specifics with us before enrolling.
- Job listings, blog posts, and third-party tool links (on our Resources pages) are provided for convenience and are not endorsements — use your own judgement, and note that job listings are aggregated from external sources and may change or expire.
- We may update these terms, our curriculum, or our schedule from time to time; continued use of the site or an ongoing enrollment means you accept the current terms.
Refund Policy
All course fees — whether paid as a single payment or via the two-installment EMI plan — are non-refundable once payment is made and enrollment is confirmed, regardless of attendance, completion, or exam outcomes.
We offer a free live demo class before every batch specifically so you can evaluate the trainer, teaching style, and course fit before enrolling — we encourage you to attend it and ask any questions first.
